Stackable Hook-lift Containers
Containers with construction elements for safe stacking. Save space during storage and transport of empty containers. We manufacture from structural steel S235JR+N and S355JR+N, on request also from high-strength steels and Durostat® by voestalpine.
Description and Use
Stackable containers are designed with corner reinforcements, guide elements and stiffeners enabling safe stacking of containers on each other. The main advantage is space savings — during storage and transport of empty containers.
The construction guarantees stability even in multi-layer stacking. We manufacture containers primarily from standard structural steel S235JR+N and S355JR+N. For more demanding conditions we also use high-strength steels / Alform® and wear-resistant Durostat® 400/450/500 od voestalpine.

Corner reinforcements
Massive corner profiles ensuring load distribution during stacking. Dimensioned for full container capacity even in multi-layer configuration.
Guide elements
Guide cones and cutouts enable precise placement of the upper container onto the lower one. Eliminate lateral shift and ensure secure fixation.
Reinforced frame
Reinforced lower and upper container frame dimensioned for point loading from corner reinforcements of the upper container.

Colours and Surface Treatment
All containers are standardly shot-blasted to SA 2.5, painted inside and outside with primer and outside topcoat at over 100 μm thickness.
Topcoat colour per sample card RAL — any colour to your specification.
