What data we process and why

When you submit the inquiry form, we process the data you provide: name and surname, company name, e-mail address, phone number, country and postal code, and the content of your request including the container specification. For technical and security reasons, when the form is submitted we also process the IP address, in order to protect against misuse and spam. We use this data solely to handle your inquiry and prepare a quotation.

Legal basis and retention

The legal basis for processing the inquiry-form data is the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request and the controller’s legitimate interest in handling the business request [Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR]. The legal basis for analytics cookies (Matomo) is your consent [Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR]. We retain inquiry data for the duration of handling the request and subsequent business communication; thereafter only for the period required by applicable law (in particular accounting and tax rules).

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. It may be processed by our hosting and e-mail provider (websupport.sk) as a processor, solely to operate the website and deliver messages.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and to object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time. You can exercise your rights by e-mailing daryn@daryn.sk. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — the Slovak Data Protection Authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, www.dataprotection.gov.sk) or the authority in your country of residence.

Cookies

Our website uses necessary cookies required for proper functioning (e.g. language selection, security, storing your cookie choice). These cookies do not require consent.

With your consent, we may also use analytics cookies for anonymous traffic measurement and content improvement. These are activated only if you allow them in the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies in your browser.

Web analytics (Matomo)

To improve the website we use Matomo, hosted on our own server (hosting in Slovakia). Usage data is not shared with third parties and is not transferred outside our server. The visitor’s IP address is anonymised (truncated by 2 bytes), so a visitor cannot be uniquely identified. Analytics cookies are set only after your consent, and you can withdraw consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” button. The legal basis is your consent.
