Description and Use
Skip containers — Absetzcontainer — are compact containers designed for skip-loader vehicles. We manufacture them primarily from standard structural steel S235JR+N and S355JR+N. For more demanding operations we also use high-strength steels / Alform® and wear-resistant Durostat® 400/450/500 by voestalpine.
They are used primarily in construction, waste management, secondary raw material collection and the municipal sector. Volumes from 3 to 15 m³.
We manufacture open skips from light and heavy rolled profiles. For specific requirements we also offer watertight versions for sludge and liquid waste, both in asymmetric and symmetric design.

Open Open Skips
Standard design for bulk materials, construction waste and recycling. Available in light and heavy rolled profiles. The asymmetric design enables better emptying during one-sided lifting, the symmetric ensures even load distribution.

Roofed Roofed Skips
Skips with fixed or openable roof. Suitable for municipal waste, paper and textiles. The roof protects content from rain and reduces dispersion of light materials.

ULB ULB Skips
Skips in ULB design (Umleerbehälter) are constructed for mechanized emptying. Used in combination with compactor vehicles and collection systems. The robust construction ensures long service life under repeated cyclic loading.

Colours and Surface Treatment
All skips are standard shot-blasted to SA 2.5 quality, painted inside and outside with primer and outside with topcoat at over 100 μm thickness.
